This issue's cover comes from a performance of Rollover, an ongoing collaborative project by dancer, Meg Cottam, and visual artist, Bill Botzow. Since 1990, they have met regularly to explore intuitive moving and drawing. Their process begins with intuitive responses to specific sites, such as galleries, outdoor public spaces or storefronts, readily accessible to passers-by. Botzow and Cottam like to look for ways to engage viewers in the work through hands-on participation in the moving and drawing as well as conversational exchange about the process.

Cottam says she enjoys "the intrigue of setting a sequence of events or score that is observant, respectful, and responsive to people and place while fleshing out the possibilities of those elements that Bill and I have already developed. Our intention with the work is to allow the spirit latent in ordinary matter to become evident and compelling."
